| This is a class for women of all ages. Classes are held every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30p.m. Our instructor Sharon Scioscio shows a beginner level and a more advanced level. Wednesday is a step aerobics class but can be done without a step.You must provide your own step for the step aerobics class. We ask that all participants wear sneakers and comfortable clothing.
